rape. its an optical illusion.

October 4, 2011

have you tried to shield yourself with an optical illusion lately?  it doesnt work.  a sieve has fewer holes.

oh, and if you just adjust your perspective, laydees, the problem of rape goes away.  its an illusion afterall!  like rainbows.  and…chivalry.

    Excellent work! 🙂

Sl*twalk is the pornification of contemporary ‘feminism,’ which was the last area for patriarchy to pornify. Libfems have now internalised misogynistic’slut’ ideologies within the rapist pornstitutionland of men…

Libfems will be sad, in a few years time, when they’ll notice that Sl*twalk was a complete waste of time, that rape victims are still being more blamed than ever in trials. You’ll see, FCM, a few more libfems will join us (and become radfems) then. They’ll get tired of pornified/rape culture and understand what the system is all about. 😉 Hopefully…

😀 !! I love what you’ve done with the three-dimensional geometry. But now I want *everything* to be like that 😛

*everything* in 3-D mary? i guess i cant talk about PIV anymore. noone wants to see that!

also, can everyone see the illusion? there really *is* no purple area. it just “looks” purple when you look through the blue and the red at the same time. they really dont overlap at all; and the alleged protections there, arent.

Hi first time poster and a young and still learning feminist. If it helps any I see through this, not that it takes a genius ; ). I think many of their hearts are in the right place but their stradegy is poorly thought out.

We need to plan effiecently, with as little room for backfire as possible. Slutwalk has only further distorted the public image of feminism. Thanks to the media the issue has devolved from ‘women right to be free from rape no excuses’ to ‘let’s claim (can’t reclaim something that was never ours) the word slut and slutdom.

Thanks for listening to my rant and yeah I know I’m not saying anything you haven’t said.

    Michiru, very well put:

    Spot on!

In fact, as part of the future backlash, I predict that in five or ten years, when the initial episode that prompted Slutwalk is forgotten, that it could well work against a victim in a trial that they participated in a Slutwalk. It will be offered up as “proof” to the Court that the victim identifies as “a slut” and says “yes” to lots of menz, therefore in this trial, it could not possibly be rape.

    Backfire. Believe in it.

This graph is quite brilliant, actually. Thanks. I’ve always said that the Left and the Right is all the same sexist bullshit.

Actually saw on a private post by a “friend” yesterday her bemoaning the fact that all this recent “uproar” about creating consent culture (2 or 3 people she reads are talking about the “issue” of rape culture) could be solved if: 1) everyone would just come over to the kinky BDSM side, since they are light years ahead of all the stupid, backward, sexually unschooled vanilla folks in talking things out and getting consent and being up front about what they want instead of being coy and stupid about things, plus women in BDSM and kinky geeky culture have learned that when men are being clumsy and dorky in their approaches that’s really ***squee adorable!*** instead of a turnoff the way other stupid mainstream women think; 2) she would love to see more talk about how women “perpetuate rape culture themselves” by not being more upfront with men about wanting sex or not wanting sex, because you know there’s no penalties for women at all under patriarchy for being honest about what they want, therefore a woman’s approach to a man’s advances when they are on a date are at least partly to blame if he gets all confused and stuff and rapes her, because how is he supposed to know if she really wants him to keep going after she said no? Cuz no means yes, right?

    *barf*
